When Recruit Socially (New Media Brands Ltd, "the Company") receives a new job order from a recruiter or employer using our referral service, our first attempt is to find a match on the network. We will contact you for an expression of interest, if the job order matches your resume or profile.

Should a recruiter or employer then want to arrange a matching candidate interview, Recruit Socially admin will contact you and reveal the professional identity of the hiring company accordingly. A job seeker candidate, can decline or concede to proceed with the process further.

In summary, our goal is to help every job seeker on the Recruit Socially network with pertinent referred job opportunities, and also help employers & recruiters achieve their hiring objectives accordingly.

Kindly be aware, Recruit Socially (New Media Brands Ltd, "the Company") in general, is compensated with "Split Fees" or "Agreed Fees" that may have been arranged with an Employer or Recruiter, should the hiring of a member be successfully conclusive.
